SOLD – BEAUTIFUL WATERFRONT RESTAURANT – FAR NORTH QUEENSLAND

Overseas buyer scopes up a magnificent waterfront restaurant in far north Queensland. After the buyer made contact with me, the entire sales process from start to finish took eleven and half weeks. The business attracted many buyers within Australia and from overseas, and in the end it was sold to an overseas buyer with plenty of experience in hospitality. Keeping the deal going (and on track) required constant daily communication from me to all parties because the; buyer, seller, solicitors, accountants and the buyers advisers were either in a different country or in different cities within Queensland.
