BENCHMARK BUSINESS SALES – REIQ FINALISTS 2014

For the second Year in succession, Benchmark Business & Commercial Sales have had two senior  business brokers nominated as finalists in the REIQ Awards for Excellence.

For 2014 Ian Salter and Iain Horne have been selected as finalists in the prestigious awards process. Ian Salter is a senior broker who has over 7 years with Benchmark. Ian is a specialist working in the sale of franchised businesses – and he heads up a team of three in that area – under the banner “Franchise Sales Australia”. Ian Salter has been a consistently high achiever as a business broker, and he is honoured to be a finalist in the awards for the second year in a row.

Iain Horne is the 2013 REIQ Business Broker of the Year. Iain specialises in the sale of hair and beauty businesses, and the sale of self storage complexes. He is also a team leader and he has set new records for most sales in his time as a business broker with Benchmark.
